OfferDM provides tools to analyse resumes against job descriptions, including scores, suggestions, and interview-oriented content. Features and availability may change. The Service is provided "as is" and is not legal, HR, or immigration advice.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. Credits and entitlements are non-transferable unless we say otherwise in writing.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass limits or billing.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material you do not have rights to use.
- Do not use outputs to harass, discriminate, or mislead third parties.
4. Credits & purchases
Some features consume credits. Purchases may be processed by third-party payment providers. Pricing is shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for refund rules.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, and our software. You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display your content only to operate the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI outputs
Generated text may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in applications, interviews, or professional settings.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee a job offer or interview outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred (100) USD if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rules.
