This Refund Policy explains how paid credit purchases work on OfferDM. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the product
OfferDM sells digital credits used to run analyses in the product. Credits are delivered to your account when payment succeeds. Using credits to run an analysis consumes them according to the pricing shown in the app.
2. Free credits
Complimentary or promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
3. Paid purchases — general rule
Because credits are digital and can be consumed immediately after purchase, all sales are final once credits have been added to your account, except where we are required by law to offer a remedy or we approve a discretionary refund below.
4. Technical failure
If payment succeeds but credits do not appear in your account within a reasonable time, or if a confirmed system error charged you without granting credits, contact us with your transaction reference. We will investigate and, if we verify the issue, correct your balance or refund the charge at our discretion.
5. Duplicate or fraudulent charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, or that a charge is fraudulent, contact us promptly with details. We will work with our payment provider to review legitimate duplicate or fraud cases.
6. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us. Chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

Use the details on our Contact Us page. Include your account email, date of purchase, and payment reference (e.g. Razorpay receipt ID) where possible.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
